What’s more, if the stress of planning a wedding wasn’t enough, you caught a glimpse of yourself in the mirror this morning and dreadfully discovered you aren’t in the best shape of your life. Have no fear, even though there is now a strict timeline for you to reach your peak physique, it doesn’t mean it cannot be done! The most important thing about your wedding workout schedule is you must not treat it like your New Year’s resolution workout schedule. To get the best results, you have to start early and stick to it. You also need to find the right workout plan for you. Take a moment to evaluate yourself. What do you see that you would like to improve? Are you strictly looking to lose weight or would you like to tone your muscles as well? What kind of workouts are you most likely to stick to?
