Conference Services at New Mexico State University provides professional and consistent reservation and event coordination services to the University community, including students, faculty, staff and to off-campus organizations and guests.

Golf Course Banquet Room & Patio
If you are looking for a unique venue for a business meeting or social event, look no further. The NMSU Golf Course Clubhouse is located on a magnificent 18-hole golf course against the backdrop of the Organ and “A” Mountains with stunning views of the greens from the outdoor patio. The 2,400 square foot banquet room is ideal for everything from business meetings to social gatherings and holds up to 170 guests. An ideal backdrop for weddings, the Golf Course has many options and packages to choose from.
3rd Floor Bistro at the Fulton Athletics Center
The 3rd Floor Bistro at the Danny Villanueva Victory Club is located inside NMSU’s Stan Fulton Athletics Center at the corner Arrowhead Drive & Wells Street. The 3rd Floor Bistro offers a unique venue for meetings, receptions, and fine dining. Guests enjoy panoramic views of Aggie Memorial Stadium, A Mountain, the Dona Ana Mountains, and the city of Las Cruces. The patio offers a relaxing, casual opportunity to socialize or enjoy an outdoor barbecue. This venue is perfect for special occasions and offers an experience guests are sure to remember.
The Spiritual Center is a non-denominational facility that can accommodate religious services for campus and student groups as well as ceremonial events for the campus and the general public. Located west of the Educational Services Building, adjacent to the duck pond, it is a beautiful location for weddings and memorial services. When no events are scheduled, the center is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. as an accessible space for reflection.
