Creating a successful wedding can be very complicated as well as a very stressful undertaking — there are hundreds of choices to be made and a budget that must be considered. Whether you’re looking for full service planning for your event or multiple events or a la carte wedding services, our job is to help ease that burden, so that when that day finally arrives, the big event can happen as simply and as seamlessly as possible and you, the bride, can enjoy your stress-free wedding as you come smiling down the aisle. We have a “package” to meet every couple’s needs, but these are just starting points. We’d be happy to meet and customize a plan that’s right for you!

BEFORE THE BIG DAY

  • Consultation to discuss design and budget, and then ongoing, unlimited meetings, emails, texts as needed

  • Creation and monitoring of Budget Template

  • Personal vendor referral list according to your needs after first meeting, then attendance with you at vendor meetings; review proposals and contracts

  • Month by month timeline designed to assist you at the start of your planning

  • Wedding Day design guidance – décor, color, theme

  • Assistance with planning/designing the save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, wedding website, menus, table numbers, programs, wedding favors, registry, information sheets, welcome bags*

  • Lighting design

  • Menu, bar, and cake selection

  • Address and mail save-the-dates and invitations*

  • Development of reception floor plan design and seating charts

  • Detailed wedding weekend timelines

  • Attendance at and coordination of rehearsal

  • Review vendor deposits & payments due

  • Transportation coordination

  • Guest Gift Basket* coordination and delivery with wedding agenda

  • Room block research and coordination

  • Marriage license information

  • Venue liaison & review banquet event orders

  • Relay final head count

  • Coordination of all spa, hair, makeup appointments*

  • Up to two one-hour site inspections at ceremony and reception venues

  • Contact and confirm all hired vendors and distribute wedding agendas to each vendor

ON THE BIG DAY

  • Two Inspired 505 consultants for up to 12 hours (additional hours available for fee)

  • Bride and groom “Good Morning” check-in call

  • Location set-up & coordination of vendors at both ceremony and reception

  • Guest coordination and assistance

  • Procession and recession coordination

  • Handle all personal items for ceremony and reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)

  • Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors (paid by client)

  • Use of invaluable Emergency Wedding Day Kit

  • Grand entrance/departure coordination

  • Supervise post reception clean-up (secure personal items, facilitate transportation, etc.)

  • Delivery of gifts and personal items to designated area for pick-up
